Pirate-style restaurants, Baratie
Going Merry ship docked in Baratie and accidentally bumped into the Navy ship lieutenant Fullbody leadership. In a dispute, Luffy blocking shots cannon marines, but slipped up on Baratie lead cannon balls. As a result, the restaurant becomes damaged, including wounding the owner Zeff. Luffy then held accountable and punished become a waitress for a week without pay. Sanji first appeared as assistant head chef and is serving several guests, including a lieutenant Fullbody and his girlfriend, Moodie. Although Sanji served them well, but some actions have made Fullbody lose face in front of other customers. No thank humiliated, Fullbody pick a fight with Sanji. The quarrel ended with the beating Sanji Fulbody battered. Other chefs, Patty shows up and was surprised to see it. He denounced the beating Sanji habits of customers, and they are arguing. Fullbody threatened to close the restaurant that made Sanji increasingly angry and wanted to kill him, but is quickly stopped the other chefs. Gin and thanked him for his kindness and left Baratie, while Zeff supervise their behavior from the upper floors. Shortly after Luffy begin its work as a waitress, another straw hat crew; Zoro, Nami and Usopp been to Baratie. Sanji who was serving visitors seemed intrigued by them. He then approached Nami and began courting her. Zeff came suddenly interrupted and told the crew to bring Sanji straw hat with them. Sanji looked furious to hear that, then they fight each other. After the departure of Zeff, Sanji airport crew continued their actions straw hats and other visitors.
The chef Baratie vs. Pirate fleets Don Krieg
After a long discussion, Sanji and others braced for pirate attacks Krieg. Before the battle, a shocking event occurs when the ship Don Krieg split into three parts. Then known if the incident was caused by the act of Dracule Mihawk. They also witnessed the fight between Mihawk with Zoro Roronoa. After Pearl stricken mast induced Krieg and Luffy, Gin suddenly Zeff hostage and asks Sanji to surrender. While holding Zeff, Sanji and Gin told the others to leave Baratie for their safety. Sanji flatly refused and suggested that Gin hostage himself alone. If the situation is not favorable, Pearl stood up beating Sanji sprawling. Pearl back repeatedly beating Sanji Sanji but still do not want to fight. Later, it was past Sanji; including the debt of gratitude toward Zeff as a reason for maintaining Baratie. Pearl again attacked Sanji which angered Luffy. Luffy then destroying additional wing threatening to drown Baratie. Sanji looked angry with the actions of Luffy and asks purpose.
Luffy reasoned if the ship has been destroyed then Don Krieg plan will not succeed. Luffy also added that Sanji will not pay any debt to Zeff by sacrificing his life defending Baratie. Pearl came to stop squabbling while threatening to burn them. Gin suddenly let his hostage and attacked Pearl and defeat. Everyone was surprised to see his actions, especially Don Krieg. Gin tried to explain to Krieg if he would kill Sanji with his own hands. Meanwhile, a conversation with Don Krieg Luffy king of pirate managed to provoke Krieg until he releases a bomb shuriken were initially mistaken for a gas MH-5. Gin issued weapon in the form of an iron rod and began to attack Sanji. Gin then easily conquered Sanji, but the time will give a final attack, Gin suddenly canceled a plan remembered the kindness given Sanji and said if he can not do. Don Krieg looked angry to see what happened. He then issued a poisonous gas bomb MH-5 hers. Fortunately Sanji was saved thanks to the efforts Luffy and Gin, Gin turns but refused to wear a mask so that his body exposed to the toxic effects. Sanji immediately ordered the chefs to save Gin while Luffy began to attack Don Krieg. Sanji and others then witnessed when Luffy defeated Don Krieg and fell into the sea. Zeff told Sanji to save Luffy, while explaining the weaknesses of the Devil Fruit users. Sanji immediately jump in and save him. After recovering Gin, Sanji gave them a small boat to go and ask him not to come again.
